Peace of mind for absentee owners is key.  We manage your asset for you by conducting regular checks on your treasured property.  

Summer only; this is key when properties are empty and the winter season is over and your property is shut down.  Leaks are the main culprit during the interseason so avoid long term damage by paying for our Bronze service.  Click on the menu tab above for the Bronze contract and see what this includes.

Winter only; if you feel happier with regular winter visits only, this contract is for you.  Regular checks on systems and security, we visit once a month for you comfort.

Year round; this is what we call our Gold contract as it offers year round management for your satisfaction.  Year round, regular checks that avoid stress and worry when you are an absentee owner.

Project Management covers re-modelling jobs, painting, decorating or external contracts.

If you choose to change the interior or need maintenance carried out to the exterior of your property, we will visit and assess the job then provide a written quote for consideration. This will include costs and a time estimate.
